RSS is actively recruiting for an Inside Sales Representative in the Sarasota market. The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) is a sales position that performs various lead generation activities to schedule appointments, increase the sales pipeline, and increase revenue.
The objective of the ISR’s activity is to identify qualified prospects within RSS’ target markets and schedule appointments to be facilitated by Security Consultant Staff (outside salespeople). ISR’s will make use of targeted prospect information gathered as the result various marketing activities, including: industry campaigns, internet & social media advertisings, direct mail, and inbound inquiries.
ISR’s work closely with Security Consultant staff to determine prospect-specific strategies. The ultimate objective of the ISR’s work is to assist in moving opportunities down the sales funnel toward closure.
The ISR will use phone, email and various social networks to communicate with prospects. The ISR will use RSS’ CRM system; documenting activities with clear and concise notes. ISR’s must be capable of working many simultaneous leads, documenting results, and scheduling follow-up activities. Experience with CRM systems, internet based research, social networks (Twitter, LinkedIn) and MS-Outlook are a definite plus.
ISR Candidate Requirements
- Maintain high activity level (research, call, and e-mail 50+ client prospects daily)
- Able to efficiently perform internet research and work across multiple applications (CRM, Outlook, Google, LinkedIn)
- Able to identify decision makers, determine their buying process and navigate through & around gatekeeper
- Able to confidently present RSS’ solution points and benefits to decision makers
- Business-to-business phone marketing or sales experience preferred
- Assertive and persuasive personality without being aggressive
- High energy, outgoing, and pleasant personality
- Great verbal and written communication skills
